PandaGirl uses gold coins as a currency to purchase items within our game. Coins can be used to purchase lives, boosters and extra moves at the end of a round once you've run out of moves.
If you would like to purchase lives, select the heart icon in the top left hand corner of your game. The game will then prompt you to refill your lives if you needed.
Boosters and extra moves can be purchased while you're on the level selection screen, as well as during a level. You can use boosters to give you an additional advantage during a level, but they're entirely optional and not required in order to beat levels. Our game is completely free if that's how you choose to play it!
To ensure your game is functioning properly, please completely close and reload your game.
If your purchase still isn't there, please contact our Support Team and include a receipt of your purchase (acceptable receipts can be a forward of your payment confirmation or a screenshot of your receipt). If you don't include a receipt of your purchase, it will take longer for you to receive compensation for your missing items.
Since all purchases are processed by the platform you play on Facebook, we recommend that you follow their purchase dispute procedure, which we have provided below.
It's possible that you've successfully completed a game payment, but you haven't received the in-game item yet. Keep in mind that during busy periods, it can take up to 4 hours for your purchases to appear in your game.
If you think there's an issue with the game, try verifying that your payment was successfully completed by checking your payment history through your Facebook Account:
1. Click the top right of Facebook and select Settings
2. Click Payments in the left column
3. Click a payment to view your receipt and verify that your payment was successfully completed
4. If you've confirmed you haven't received your purchase and it's been more than 4 hours, notify the developer of the game by clicking Dispute button & complete the required information.
Facebook requests that you allow at least 72 hours for a response to the dispute.

If you believe you were charged the wrong amount for your purchase, please contact our customer support team by mailing us and we'd be happy to assist you.
Please be sure to include a copy of the receipt for your purchase.
